Section 1. Letter of Invitation

Dear Sir or Madam,

1. Action pour la Protection de l’Environnement et la Promotion des Filières Agricoles (APEFA) received a fund from EDA adaptation for the implementation of project called “Sustainable farming practices to build climate-resilient for vulnerable households in the Bugesera District”
2. The Client now invites proposals to provide the following services (hereinafter called “Services”): supply, installation and maintenance of solar powered irrigation system for 20 ha (10ha in Ngeruka and 10ha in Mareba). More details on the Services are provided in the Terms of Reference.
3. Tender Documents may be obtained from APEFA Head Office at the reception upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Frw to Account N° 4071200074314/FRW of APEFA opened at the EQUITY BANK.
4. Tender Documents will be sent to the email of Bidder after submission of payment proof of the below email: procurement@apefarwanda.org.
