The Access to Health invites interested and eligible bidders to submit their bids for the following tenders as indicated in details in the statements of requirements:
Venue for meetings and trainings (Nyabihu, Gakenke and Burera Districts) N 004/ATH/2022

The Tender Documents may be obtained from Tuesday 14th April 2022 at the Access to Health head office located at Kimihurura KG 28 Av Plot No 57 upon presentation of a payment proof of a non-refundable fees of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000Rw) per each to Account No 25047957008 entitled Access to Health in I&M Bank

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in three (3) copies for each lot, one of which is the original must reach in sealed envelopes, the Access to Health not later than Monday 9 May 2022 at 10:00a.m. Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 a.m., in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in the Access to Health conference room.
