About Wellspring Academy

Wellspring Academy is an international Christ-centered Kindergarten, Primary and Secondary school offering the Cambridge International curriculum with a Vision to produce a new generation of servant leaders to bless Rwanda and display the best of Rwanda to the world. Wellspring Academy invites proposals from qualified and experienced property valuers or valuation firms to conduct a comprehensive valuation of our school’s buildings. 

Scope of Work

The selected valuer will be required to; 

• Conduct a full inspection and valuation of all school buildings and fixed assets.
• Provide a detailed valuation report in line with national and international valuation standards 
• Ensure the valuation reflects current market value for financial reporting, insurance, or other relevant purposes.

Eligibility Criteria: 

Interested parties must:

• Be registered and licensed with the Institute of real property Valuers in Rwanda (IRPV) 
• Have a proven track record in property/facilities valuation (preferably in the education sector). 
• Submit copies of certification, business registration, and references from previous clients.

• Company/Valuer profile and relevant experience
• Methodology and work plan
• Estimated timelines
• Professional fees and payment terms
