TENDER NOTICE N° 15/HGRK/2024

1. HAGURUKA (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) has secured funds from Kvinna till Kvinna, towards the cost of Renovation of HAGURUKA Musanze Shelter”. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the tender of: “Renovation of HAGURUKA Musanze Shelter-Phase I”

2. HAGURUKA now invites, by the present invitation to tender, bids from eligible and qualified bidders for renovation works in Musanze District. The execution period is 21 calendar days.

3. Bidding will be conducted through National CompetitiveBidding and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Bidding Documents.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from HAGURUKA Head offices, located at Kimironko-Gasabo-KG182 St 19, and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during working hours from 8:30 am to 16:30 pm.
5. A complete set of bidding Documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders at the address below from 28/06/2024, on presentation of the bank slip as a proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Rwf 10,000.

This amount is to be deposited at Bank of Kigali on the Account N° 100000903587

6. A mandatory site visits on bidders own expenses followed by a pre-bid meeting is scheduled on 3^rd July2024 at Haguruka Musanze Shelter located in Musanze District, Gacaca Sector, Karwasa Cell, Kavumu Village and will be conducted by HAGURUKA team at 10h:00 am.

7. Tender submission should be sealed and delivered in hard copy to the following address: Haguruka-KG 182-St 19 at or before 09:30 am, on 12^th July 2024. Late bids will be rejected.

The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender reference, title and marked as follows: ″ Do not open except in the public session of 12^th July 2024 at 10:00 AM, local time”

Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders or of their representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 10:00 am.

Bids will be evaluated in accordance with article 6, “Selection methods’’,

in Haguruka’s Procurement Policy

8. The address referred to above is: Haguruka Head Offices, at Kimironko-Gasabo-KG182 St 19.
