Terms of Reference for the Purchase of Motorcycle

Background: Rwanda Women’s Network is seeking to purchase of YAMAHA AG100 motorcycle to enhance the efficiency of our operations. The motorcycles will be used for transportation and delivery of goods, contributing to the overall productivity and effectiveness of our organization.

Objectives: The primary objectives of this procurement are as follows:

1. To acquire one (1) motorcycle.
2. To ensure that the motorcycle meet
3. To obtain competitive pricing and favourable terms from reputable suppliers.

Scope of Work: The successful bidder will be responsible for the following:

1. Supply and delivery of the specified motorcycle.
2. Ensuring that the motorcycle comply with local regulations and standards.
3. Providing warranty and after-sales support for the motorcycle.

Specifications: The motorcycles must meet the following specifications:

1. YAMAHA AG100

Submission Requirements: Interested suppliers should submit the following documents:

1. A detailed proposal outlining the technical specifications of the motorcycle.
2. Price quotation, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges.
3. Company profile

Evaluation Criteria: The selection of the supplier will be based on the following criteria:

1. Compliance with specifications.
2. Competitive pricing.
3. Warranty and after-sales support.

Timeline: The following timeline will be adhered to:

1. Deadline for submission of proposals: December 2023.

Terms and Conditions:

Payment will be done upon delivery and assurance in the contract of the warranty of 12 months.
