NATIONAL OPEN TENDER NOTICE

TITLE OF THE TENDER: TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF ELECTRICAL MATERIELS FOR YAMBIO THERMAL POWER PLANT

TENDER NUMBER: NCBG/001/01/NE/24

1. Ngali Energy is Rwandan company specializing in the development, Operations and maintenance of energy assets in Rwanda and in the region. Ngali Energy is a fully owned subsidiary of Ngali Holdings Ltd.  
2. Ngali Energy herein after referred to as “the Client” now invites interested suppliers the supply of electrical materials for Yambio thermal power plant.
3. Hard copy of the tender document in English may be obtained from Ngali Energy Procurement Office, located at Bodifa Mercy House 5^th Floor, KG 624 ST Kimihurura; Gasabo.  
4. Bidding document written in English will be obtained from 5^th February 2024 from the above address and payment of 20,000Rwf for bidding documents shall be made on the following bank account: 211/179736/1/5100/0 GT Bank 
5. Well prepared bids, properly organized, must reach the Procurement Office at the same address, not later than 22^nd February 2024 at 10h00AM Kigali time. 
6. Electronic bidding will not be permitted 
7. Late bids will be rejected.                                                                                     
8. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
