1. RYAF(Rwanda Youth In Agribusiness Forum) invites by the present invitation, sealed bids from Rwanda registered companies operating in blanding and production of promotional materials.
2. Tender document can be obtain from 04 March 2024 at RYAF Head Office located in MINAGRI Kacyiru-Gasabo,upon presentation of a prepaid Bank slip of non-refundable amount of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs(10,000 Rwf)on the Account no 4490365160(RYAF-Revenue)open in BPR Plc.

4. Bids well typed, approprietly bound and presented in four copies of which one  is an  original and three copies,accompanied by a bid security delivered by Bank(Bank only ,the bid guarantee issued by other financial institution are not allowed)of one Hundred Rwandan Francs(100,000)must reach in sealed file at  RYAF Head  office at MINAGRI Kacyiru,Gasabo not late than March 11,2024 at 10:00 Am local time.
5. Opening of the bids in public session will take place at RYAF Head office, Minagri kacyiru,Gasabo same day  on March 11,2024 at 10:15’ Am local time. Please be informed that late bids will not received.
6. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Rwanda Public Procurement Law  and RYAF Procedure Manual.
