Dear Sir/ Madam,

Re: Invitation to Bid.

PRIME INSURANCE LTD invites all specialized bidders to submit their bid and offer for a competent Law Firm.

Participation is open to all specialized bidders who fulfil the requirements as per the bid document.

The bid document is only obtained upon submission of proof of bid purchase of a non-refundable fees equivalent to twenty thousand (20,000) Rwanda francs to the Prime Insurance Ltd account opened at COGEBANQUE 130-1000004-37.

NB: The request for bid document shall be submitted on the following email ITCGeneral@prime.rw or requested at Prime Insurance Head Office, MIC Building KN2 AV. Nyarugenge.

All bids shall be submitted onsite not later than Tuesday February 20th, 2023 at 05:00 Kigali time. Late bids will not be accepted.

The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.
