Tender documents along with bidding terms and conditions and all necessary information for above Tenders will be obtained any working day from 6th October, 2022 from the main reception of COGEBANQUE Headquarters which is situated on the corner of KN 4 Avenue and KN 63 St, upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of thirty thousand Rwandan francs (Rwf 30,000) each tender.
