The Rwanda Medical and Dental Council invited the qualified and interested tenderers to submit their tender documents for “Upgrade and Development of Management Information System (MIS) of Rwanda Medical And Dental Council.
The bidding documents for the tender to develop the above-mentioned MIS may be obtained from the Rwanda Medical and Council (RMDC) secretariat upon payment of non-refundable fee of 10,000Frw on account number No.00040-00282401-67 of RMDC, open in Bank of Kigali.

Well printed and properly bound proposals (one original and two copies in TWO sealed envelopes clearly marked 1. Technical Proposal and 2. Financial proposal, put in a one bigger outer envelope, must be submitted to the RMDC secretariat in sealed envelope, not later than May 5th, 2023 at 10:00AM local time.
The opening of technical proposal will take place the same day at 10:30Am local time in the meeting room of the RMDC, in presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to witness the public bids opening session.
