4. Well prepared bids, properly organized, must reach the Procurement Office at Bodifa Mercy House 5^th Floor, KG 624ST Kimihurura (Opp. Parliament), Gasabo, not later than 25^th September , 2023  at 10h00AM (CAT). Late bids will be rejected. 
5. Bids will not be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives because of Bids will be opened, evaluated and all bidders will be notified accordingly
