27/04/2022 Reference: BK General Insurance Itd is inviting all interested vendors, meeting all the eligibility criteria to submit their financial proposal for the supply and implementation of the Odoo ERP Enterprise edition, v15.
1) Eligibility to tender The interested vendor should meet all the conditions below:
a) Be registered company, which are not backlisted by any authority or government
b) Be Odoo certified partners
c) Be an experienced Odoo implementors, with at least 5 successful projects on their records. The reference template will be provided by email.
d) Presented a team with expertise in financial accounting and Odoo ERP.


2) submission The financial proposal shall include:
a. Company's profile,
b. List: name, expertise, Role, and CVs of the staff assigned to the project
c. References of similar projects accomplished,
d. The implementation plan,
e. The quotation that includes licenses, on-promise hosting, and the project/implementation fees.

Well prepared, indexed and signed electronic copies of the financial proposals must be submitted not later than 26th MAY 2022, 3PM to the emails mentioned above.
