TENDER TITLE: Tender for hiring a Professional Conference Organizer (PCO) to manage the 2nd African Union (AU) - European Union (EU) Ministerial Meeting

Rwanda will host the 2nd African Union (AU) - European Union (EU) Ministerial Meeting scheduled to be held in Kigali, Rwanda on 25th-26th October 2021 and this meeting will bring together different high coliber officials

RCB in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation the event hosting entity, would like to hire a highly experienced Professional Conference Organizer (FCO) to carry out the organization: coordination and management of the event.

Participation is open on equal conditions to all willing and qualified bidders. More details on the services are provided in the terms of reference

The tender documents with detailed terms of references may be obtained on any working day in Procurement Office, RCB Headquarter in RDB building. 2 floor upon presentation of proof of payment of non-refundable fees amounting to Rwt 10.000 payable on RCB account number 0009507728806-72 open in Bank of Kigali (BK)

A tender preparatory meeting is compulsory and scheduled on 5th October 2021 at RCB from 10:00 AM local time to provide guidance to all interested bidders about the venue look and feel mockup) proposal to be submitted.

Submission Procedure

One original bid, well printed properly bound in sealed envelope clearly highlighting the tender reference number, title of tender and bidder's name, as well as a soft copy document on external hard drive must reach RCB procurement office not later than Friday, October 8, 2021 at 10:00 AM local time

Bids will be opened immediately in presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Lote bids will be rejected

The outer envelope should clearly highlight the tender reference number, the title of tender and the bidder's name
