Tender documents may be obtained from Procurement Division upon presentation of payment proof of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan Francs (RWF 10,000) to Account n° 1266500010001 named "BNR Current Account" opened at National Bank of Rwanda.

All bids shall be accompanied by the required bid security in Rwandan Francs or equivalent in a convertible currency.

Well printed bids properly bound and presented in four copies one of which is the original must reach to the Procurement Division of the National Bank of Rwanda, KN 6 Avenue, 4, Second Floor, not later than 28th December 2023 at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. Bids opening will be conducted on the same date in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 10:30 am local time in the meeting room. The envelopes should clearly indicate the tender title.
