Supply of Water Tanks (10,000L/M³) tender at SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda

SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA (SOS CV RWANDA hereby invites sealed bids from eligible factories or bidders specialized in field to submit their offers for the tender related to supply of water tanks at SOS CV RWANDA (all locations). The tender is composed one non divisible.

Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field of water tanks. The companies must be must have certificate of incorporation in the Republic of Rwanda and should not be on the blacklist record of any recognized national or international Institutions/organizations.

To obtain the tender document must submit proof of payment of 10,000 (Ten thousand Rwandan Francs non-refundable) paid to the account of SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda account number: 400418314910177 entitled SOS-CV RWANDA TRUST opened in BPR. The tender document and can be obtained by sending a request through E-mail: sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy to   sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org N.B: (No physical documents are allowed).

Well-presented bids, properly organised, signed and stamped (in one pdf file) must be submitted to SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA through the e-mail: sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org not later than 29^th/08/2025, at 02:00 PM local time. Late bids shall be rejected.
