BIDDING DOCUMENT FOR SUPPLY OF OFFICE STATIONERIES

SECTION I TENDER NOTICE  

INKUNGA   FINANCE   PLC” (hereinafter   called   Client), invite   national   tenders   for Supply of office stationeries.

Procurement Method:     OPEN TENDER 

Competition is open on equal conditions to:

1. All companies or individuals specialized in supply;
2. Registered by RDB
3. Cleared for any taxes (TCC)
4. Using EMB for invoice issuance (EMB Certificate or proof)
5. VAT registered (VAT certificate) 

Tender is divided into three different lots and every bidder may compete to all one of them.

LOT number 1: Office Stationaries

Tender document will be available in the office of Administrative Assistant of INKUNGA FINANCE   Plc head office located at Kibirizi cell, Rubengera Sector, Karongi District from 07/03/2024 to 14/03/2024, upon presentation of payment slip of twenty thousand Rwandan francs (20,000 Frw), non- refundable fee to the account No: 00087-00367765-54 INKUNGA FINANCE Plc Opened in bank of Kigali. 

Bids must be submitted to the office of administrative assistant of INKUNGA FINANCE Plc HQ, not later than 18^th March 2024 at 10h30 am local time, thereafter bids will be publically opened at 11:00 am.
