Expression of Interest

Subject:   Supply Stationary, Sanitary materials, Essentials Drugs, Medical Supplies, Laboratory Reagents & Other various items

Africa Humanitarian Action (AHA) is inviting eligible and qualified bidders to participate in bidding process to submit Expression of Interest for the following services:-

• Supply different stationary materials for the period  1 January – December 2024;
• Supply different sanitary materials for the period 1 January – December 2024;
• Retail Pharmacy to supply Essential Drugs, Medical Supplies & Laboratory Reagent for the period 1 January-December 2024;
• Supply various items, (Bed Cover, Bed Sheet, Bodaboda, Boot, Food Flask, Igitenge, Rain Coat, Towel, Umbrella,…)

Interested bidders are kindly requested to submit Expression of Interest with the following documents:

• RDB Registration Document
• VAT Registration Certificate
• RSSB Clearance Certificate
• RRA Clearance Certificate
• Licence from RFDA, (Pharmacy)
