STATEMENT OF COLLABORATION IN PRIMARY CLINICAL MANAGEMENT

The management of  Society for Family Health (SFH)/Rwanda  in collaboration with Burera District,

Nyaruguru, and Bugesera, inform Rwandans that there are primary level clinics

The first ( First Generation Health Posts ) and the second level ( Second Generation Health

Posts ) wants to give the private sector in the " Public Private Community Partnership" program

( PPCP )”. Those who are willing and able to do so are encouraged to apply.

Applicants for this basic clinic must meet the following criteria:

• Being a Rwandan;
• Having an A2/A1/A0 Nursing, Midwifery or Clinical officer qualification;
• Having a license to practice issued by NCNM/RAHPC;
• Having at least 3 years of work experience as evidenced by a certificate from the last employer;

Having the ability to hire the following employees:

• Second Generation Health Post: Nurses (2), Midwives (1), Laboratory Technician (1); Dental therapist (1) and Ophthalmology clinical officer (1) (for clinics providing Dental service and Ophthalmology).
• First Generation Health Post: Nurse (1).
• Having sufficient computer skills;
• Being prepared to manage the clinic effectively, and to hire all the necessary personnel mentioned above who meet the requirements to provide services for that position;
• Having at least three million (3,000,000Frw) to help him start medical activities to find a second-generation primary clinic and one and a half million (1,500,000Frw) to manage a primary-level clinic First Generation.

Note:  Applicants who are not doctors are required to show a doctor

you will represent him in terms of treatment (Responsible) who meets the above, as well

and all employees as described above.

The following hospitals are being contested:

Those who meet the requirements should submit the following to SFH Rwanda, via email  hr@sfhrwanda.org  no later than 20/11/2024, at 15:00 in the evening (17H00):

• A letter addressed to the Director of SFH Rwanda stating the name of the desired clinic, and the current level (secondary or first);
• Profile (CV);
• Photocopy of diploma;
• Photocopy of ID;
• A photocopy of the document (license) that allows him to practice the medical profession issued by the Association authorized in Rwanda;
• Certificate of employer/employers showing work experience;
• The bank statement shows that he has at least three million (3,000,000 Frw) for SGHP and one and a half million (1,500,000 Frw) for FGHP in his account.

Note : After reviewing the application, only those who meet the requirements will be identified

they will be notified of what will happen next.
