JOB DETAILS:
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Prepare, coordinate, ensure our company seminars are well delivered to clients
• Communicating with C-Levels and Managerial levels from big companies attending to promote company products
• Liaise with local event vendors such as hotel, printing vendor, photographer, etc...
• Travel to other regional event locations (Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda,...) to coordinate company events if required
• Prepare report of onsite customer feedbacks, PR article about events and handle to Operation Manager upon completion of each event
• Handle all other tasks related to event preparation
• Strive under pressure and can work independent and under disciplined environment
• Can be considered to be long term Country Representative

Skills
• Prefer immediate availability
• Good communication and negotiation skills, confident, positive, result-oriented, disciplined, honest and quick learner.
• Passionate about communication, no experience required.
• Prefer to having experienced from other MNCs

Experience
• Degree holder, Master holder in Public Relation, Mass Communication, Marketing will be preferred.
