JOB DETAILS:

In Africa, CANAL + INTERNATIONAL is active in more than 20 countries, distributes more than 200 channels via satellite to more than 4.5M subscribers in Africa.
Role:
As the Shop Agent, you will be in charge of developing the sales in the Shop and answer to customers or prospects inquiries, under the supervision of the Shop Manager. .

What you will do:
• Welcome and introduce effectively and professionally CANAL+ products to customers
• Actively sell and convince customers to purchase CANAL+ products
• Answer and consult all inquiries/complaints of customers
• Monitor the display of the showroom, keep the showroom clean and professional
• Implement the sales plans and sales promotion programs assigned by Showroom Manager
• Perform all other sales activities in the showroom in team with other members to achieve sales target of the showroom
• Coordinate with after-sales teams (including Technical Team, Logistics Team, etc…) to process the purchase orders of the customers

• You have 2 years’ experience in sales;
• You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field;
• You have excellent knowledge of B2C sales speech/technics;
• You are proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, …);
• You are business-oriented and results-driven;
• You have a Sense of autonomy and responsibility
• You have good interpersonal skills / team spirit
• You are proactive and pragmatist;
• You are customer-oriented.
