Responsibilities:

  • Advise teams and clients in various sectors on social development matters
  • Lead and promote social inclusion agenda in project designs and implementations
  • Ensure integration of social, environmental, and community health due diligence in project designs
  • Provide guidance on project documents preparation in accordance with World Bank policies
  • Organize capacity building and technical training on social risk management
  • Support and mentor other specialists in social risk management

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in social sciences
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in social risk management
  • Technical experience in managing social risks of large infrastructure projects
  • Project management skills and experience working with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and engage effectively with various parties

Experience Needed:

Experience in capacity building for social risk management would be beneficial.
