JOB DETAILS:
At Shoppers Stop Ltd, we are engaged in the wide range of activities that touch the most basic and advance aspect of It Equipment, Office and Home furniture requirements and electronics.
In order to further advance our objectives and serve our customers better, the company is looking to recruit experienced, self- motivated and hard- working individuals to fill the position of a Sales and Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities

• Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
• Leadership in sharing objectives and goal alignment, team building, communication and motivating people.
• Build, strengthen and continuous improve the business relationship
• Define and achieve business goals
• Develop, monitor, measure, follow up etc. for contracts and day to day business activities.
• Establish departmental strategies and goals that are linked - to divisional and corporate objectives
• Strategic development and oversight of the overall end to-end Marketing Materials process. (Concept to Sales Representative)

Key Competencies and Skills

• Be a progressive self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Be a strong analytical thinker with a creative problem-solving aptitude for overcoming business challenges
• Have a sound foundation in report analysis with an excellent understanding of sales and marketing function
• Hold knowledge of the office furniture industry and 2+ years of demonstrated successful sales growth
• Be proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Excel/Word / PowerPoint
• Be proficient in English & Kinyarwanda, French would be an asset.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years relevant business experience is required. IT & Furniture industry experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing or any other related fields
