The candidate for this position will excel at closing new opportunities and maintaining existing customers. This person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
• Sell the company’s product and services
• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options
• Pitching to potential clients, and following up the process of closing sales
• Responsible for achieving sales targets.
• Customer on-boarding and Training
• Ensure prompt and timely after-sales training and on-boarding is carried out.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients.
• Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, meetings and educational workshops.
Requirements
• Minimum of bachelor's degree
• Must be very fluent in Kinyarwanda, French and English language
• Must be Tech Savvy
• Ability to establish relationships and network within organisations
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Good negotiation skill
• Passionate, driven, self-confident and focused
• Strong interest in education technology
• Ability to multitask efficiently and work independently
• Ability to think strategically and add value to existing processes
