MUA Insurance (Rwanda) Ltd Is hiring sales agents with sales and negotiations techniques, excellent communication and marketing skills with ability to get on with people at all levels. .

Job Responsibilities
• Marketing and growing the number of active clients
• Growing the total Portfolio to achieve growth targets
• Client Retention
• Quality customer service
• Act as Marketing Agent for all MUA INSURANCE products and services

Job Qualifications
• High school and or Advanced diploma in a business-related subject or field from a reputable school/ college/ University
• Experience of working with insurance sectors, communities, cooperatives, will be an added advantage.
• High school graduate applicants should have no less than one year of field experience or and community work.
• Having teaching experience is an added advantage
• Personal acknowledgment of and commitment to MUA INSURANCE’s mission and values.
• Knowledge of the mathematics/ Ability to calculate insurance premiums.
• Strong ability to motivate and engage clients
• Strong sales and negotiation technichniques.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and Marketing skills.
• Basic skills in personal computer operation, word processing, and excel sheet software.
• Personal experience in managing or running a business is added advantage
• Outgoing personality which enjoys working with people
