Road Engineer position at Rwanda Green Fund with a focus on sustainable urban design principles and climate-resilient road infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing topographic surveys, geotechnical investigations, and traffic counts.
- Preparing detailed road designs, drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Supervising construction activities and quality control.
- Managing contracts, cost, and procurement processes.
Qualifications:
- Registration with Institution of Engineers in Rwanda.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Civil/Highway/Transport Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience for Bachelor holders.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for Master holders.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D or Open Roads Designer.
- Experience in climate-resilient design principles for road infrastructure.
Experience needed:
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience for Bachelor holders and minimum 5 years for Master holders.
