Lot 1

• Supply of 3,000 Pairs of Jungle boots for Security Guards.
• Supply of 300 Pairs of Corporate shoes for security guards.

Lot 2

• Supply of 2000 Pieces of Uniform belts for security guards.
• Supply of Rain coats with ISCO logos
• Supply of 16000 Name tags (2 sets of Name tags) for ISCO Security guards

Lot 3

• Supply of 500 Pieces of PR 24(batoons) for Security guards.
• Supply of 8000 Pieces of 1 litre water Bottles(Ibibuyu).

 Administration Requirement

• RDB registration certificate.
• VAT registration certificate.
• Proof of EBM possession.

Please ensure that your offer includes the following details:

• Amount without VAT, VAT Amount and Total Amount with VAT
• Include warranty
• Payment terms
• Delivery period

You are required to submit the price quotation, all requested documents and samples to the office Located at ISCO Ltd headquarters KN 3 RD Ruganwa1- Gikondo with well printed bids written in either English or Kinyarwanda language, addressed to the Managing Director, P.O.Box 2641 Kigali-Rwanda, properly bound and presented in two copies of which, one is original, in sealed envelopes and marked “Request for Quotation for Security Guard Items and Materials” be submitted to and opened in presence of all bidders or their representatives at ISCO Ltd on 13th, September 2024 at 10: Am.
