2. The tender document, in English, may be obtained from our Head Offices located at Grande Pension Plaza 1st Floor during working hours from August 22nd, 2023, or by expressing interest via email rw-procurement@equitybank.co.rw.

4. The bidder shall prepare the documents and they shall be clearly marked SUPPLY OF OFFICE STATIONARIES: RFP008/PROC/08/2023, Submission should be done on the email: eTendering@equitybank.co.rw

5. All responses must be received by the Purchaser at the address specified above by August 29th, 2023, not later than 10:00 AM.

6. The tenderer shall furnish as part of its Tender, the original copy of a tender security using the bid security form. The tender security amount and currency shall be as specified in the Bid security form included in the tender document.

7. Late bids will be rejected.
