REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR PROVISION OF OUTSOURCING STAFF SERVICES FOR ACCESS BANK (RWANDA) PLC

Access Bank Rwanda Plc invites experienced Outsourcing Agencies to submit their proposal for consideration to provide Outsourcing Staff services to Access Bank Rwanda Plc.

1. Interested bidders may obtain the Request for Proposals (RFP) document in the Enterprise Business Service (EBS) office located on the 6th floor or via the email rwandaebs@accessbankplc.com upon request or contact 0788426413.

2. The Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be obtained after payment of a non-refundable fee of FRW30,000 VAT inclusive, to be deposited to the GL bank's account no: 228530005.

Name of the GL account: Transit Account of Payment General Services.

3. The deadline for submission of the financial proposal in a sealed envelope is on 3rd November

2023 at 12pm. Offers received after the deadline will be rejected.

4. The public opening will be the same day at 3pm on the 6th floor.

5. The successful bidder shall be notified within a period of 5 working days thereafter.

6. The bank reserves the right not to publish the outcome of the bids.

The sealed envelopes must be dropped in the tender box, located at the reception on the 3rd floor of Head Office, clearly marked, "REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR PROVISION OF OUTSOURCING STAFF SERVICES FOR ACCESS BANK (RWANDA) PLC
