Operation Smile is one of the largest medical volunteer-based non-profit organizations, which has until now provided hundreds of thousands of safe surgeries for those born with cleft lip and cleft palate. With more than three decades of expertise, Operation Smile creates solutions that deliver free surgery to people where it’s needed most, for which it has mobilized thousands of medical volunteers from a wide range of medical specialties from more than 80 countries.

Operation Smile Rwanda wishes to invite registered companies to submit their expression of interest (EOI) for the: “Re-modeling of the surgical space (theatre space) and intensive care unit (ICU) at Ruhengeri Level Two Teaching Hospital” 

The physical location where the construction works will be done is provided below:

• Musanze District Northern Province /Rwanda
•  Ruhengeri Town/city
• - P.O BOX 57 Musanze

Interested bidders should provide the following information:

• information regarding their past performance, for example customer lists, copies of contracts and details of similar works conducted with values of more than RWF 100,000,000.
• reference letters in relation to the provision of the same service.
• Business registration certificate
• Valid tax clearance certificate 

Well-presented EOI’s presented in the English language must be sent to Operation Smile Rwanda via email to the following addresses, andrew.karima@operationsmile.org, benjamin.ngarambe@operationsmile.org & elmer.kibuuka@operationsmile.org, no later than 31^st July 2023. 

EOI’s submitted after the fore-mentioned date will be rejected.
