Prime Life Insurance Ltd would like to request for Proposal (Technical and Financial) related to the following licenses:

1. VMware vSphere 7 Essentials Kit for 3 hosts.
2. Windows Server Standard 2022 (13 licenses)
3. SQL Server Standard 2022 (4 licenses)

All licenses must be register to Prime insurance & Prime life insurance accounts.

Additional to the quotation the bidder must provide following documents:

1. Copy of Trading Licenses
2. A copy of RRA tax clearance certificate
3. Valid Distribution license of Microsoft and Vmware Licenses.
4. Financial Proposal
