CORRIGENDUM 01

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FRAME AGREEMENTS FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LIQUIFIED PETROLEUM GAS (LPG) TO TARGETED REFUGEE CAMPS IN RWANDA.

Following feedback received from a pre-bid conference that took place on 17 January 2023, information in two of the documents have been corrected as follows:

1. RFP-COVER DOCUMENT

1.1. Section 1. ISSUANCE OF PURCHASE ORDERS: Secondary biddings shall be conducted each month and not on a quarterly basis as started in the RFP cover document. A month shall be considered to run from the 10% of a specific month to the 9 of the next month. Following each secondary bidding exercise, the successful bidder(s) will be requested to maintain their fixed quoted prices for the duration of the month.

2. ANNEX B-SCHEDULE OF REQUIREMENTS AND TOR

2.1. Section 4. UNHCR shall sign frame agreements with 2 to 4 contractors for initial periods of three years extendable for 2 years. Prior to the beginning of each month, UNHCR shall conduct secondary biddings (request rates from frame agreement holders), and the supplier (s) offering the lowest rates shall be issued purchase orders (POs) to supply LPG for the given month.

3. Any other reference to quarterly in any of the tender documents should be read as Monthly.
