- The Energy Utility Corporation Limited (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by his ordinary budget towards the cost for the tender of Repair and Maintenance of office Furniture Under Framework contract. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contracts for which this Bidding Document is issued.
- The Energy Utility Corporation Limited invites eligible bidders to submit bids for Repair and Maintenance of office Furniture under Framework contract as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.
- Tender Documents in English may be obtained on any working day starting on 30/8/2024 from 9:00 am to 5:00pm at EUCL Headquarters, KN82 ST Nyarugenge District, 1st Floor, Room N0 G114, the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management of EUCL, Email: procurement-eucl@eucl.reg.rw upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand (10,000 Rwf) Rwandan Francs to Account N° 25044962001 opened at I&M Bank, Rwanda.
- Tender Document may be obtained on any working day from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of: Eight hundred sixty thousand Rwandan Francs (860,000Frw) From a Bank or any other financial institution.

7. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in Two (2) copies one of which is the original must reach the Secretariat of the procurement Management at the address mentioned above Not later than 19/9/2024 at 10:00 a.m. Late bids and electronic bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
8. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at EUCL main board room on 19/9/2024 at 10:30 am Local time.
9. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title
10. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the REG Procurement procedures manual.
