TENDER TITLE: RENOVATION OF GROUND PAVEMENT FOR EA WAREHOUSE AT MAGERWA LTD HEADQUATER
MAGERWA LTD invites qualified bidders to submit their bids for Renovation of existing EA warehouse ground pavement located at Gikondo.
The participation is open to all companies specialized in the above-mentioned construction field and interested bidders can obtain Tender Document from MAGERWA HQ located at Gikondo from Friday 7 October 2022 8:00am to 4pm upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of twenty thousand Rwandan francs [ 20,000] on the account number 100000184955 (MAGERWA) opened at Bank of Kigali (BK)
A compulsory Site visit is scheduled on Monday 17/10/2022 and will be conducted by representatives (Procurement and Estate Manager). at 14:00 pm local time.
Well printed bids written in English properly bound, and presented in three copies, one of which is the original and two copies must reach the office of the Chief Executive Officer not later than Monday 24 October 2022 at 10:00 am local time. Late bids and poorly presented bids will be rejected, and the bids shall remain valid for a period of 90 days.
All bids must be accompanied by a bank Bid Security
The opening of bids will take place on the same day at 10.30 am, local time in the presence of bidders or their representatives, in the conference room of MAGERWA
