Renewal and Supply of Software Solution tender at Prime Life Insurance

PRIME INSURANCE LTD, in collaboration with PRIME LIFE INSURANCE LTD, hereby invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit bids for the renewal and supply of the following software solution through an open and competitive tender process.

Tender Scope

• Product: Veeam Data Platform – Advanced Universal Subscription License
• Edition: Enterprise Plus Edition features included
• Subscription Period: 3 Years (Upfront Payment)
• Support Level: Production Support (24/7)
• Licensing: 20 Instance Pack
• Type: 10 Renewal and 10 New Subscription

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders must:

1. Be legally registered entities authorized to supply software solutions.
2. Demonstrate proven experience in similar projects, particularly with Veeam licensing and renewals.
3. Possess valid Tax Clearance Certificate and relevant Veeam Reseller/Partner Certification (if applicable).

Proposal Requirements

Your proposal should include:

1. Official Quotation in Rwandan Francs (Frw), inclusive of all taxes.
2. Confirmation of licensing details, subscription model, and features included.
3. Detailed Production Support terms, including response times and escalation procedures.
4. Estimated delivery timeline from award to license activation.
5. Quotation validity period (minimum 30 days).
6. Company profile highlighting relevant experience and capacity.
7. Proof of Veeam authorization/reseller status (if applicable).
8. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate and company registration documents.
9. At least three (3) references for similar services provided.
10. (Optional) Value-added services such as training, implementation assistance, or extended monitoring.
