Responsibilities:
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvement.
• Negotiate and close agreements with large & key account customers.
• Perform research and identity new potential customers and new market opportunities.
• Liaise with the trade marketing team to ensure consistent execution & excellence across all trade channels.
• Update and maintain continuously internal marketing database to precisely reflect sales activities and prospect status.
• Develop and implement strategies effective for achieving sales and marketing objectives.
• Building relationship with clients bases on trust and respect.
• Help clients to understand what we do and explain well about our company.
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs.
• Vising the new field to find customers.
• Assist customers on their complaints.
• Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.

Qualifications:
• Ability to build, foster and maintain positive professional relationships.
• Devotion to high-quality customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, management or related field.
• Self-motivated
• Not less than 2 years’ experience in the sales field.
• Prospecting skills, negotiation and self-confidence.
