Background information about the job or company:
To increase customer satisfaction by providing efficient, prompt, trouble-free, and courteous Front Office services connected with arrivals, departure, and in-house guests at Mantis Akagera Game Lodge.
Responsibilities or duties:
- Perform cashier functions according to company Policies & Procedures.
- Process daily banking according to company Policies & Procedures.
- Maintain guest accounts and transactions.
- Complete shift check-lists and reports.
- Maintain communication channels between guests and hotel departments.
- Assist with record-keeping and filing systems.
Qualifications or requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in reception roles.
- Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills.
- Organized, resourceful, and customer-focused.
- Active listener and well conversant with OPERA system.
Experience needed:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in reception roles.
