In witness whereof, the authorization of the general secretary n° 023-122144 dated 30/8/2023 for the sale of securities at auction with the payment of bank debt;
Guarantee auctioneer viateur notifies everyone that the auction is on;
From 11/10/2023 5 am (11:00') to 18/10/2023 5:00 am (11:00') it will be sold at the auction through the technology house of commerce (ground floor) original where: 1/01/06/02/32; gihereye in ikana village, kabasengerezi county, muhima range, nyarugenge district, kigali city; -property for sale has an area of 1,060 sqm,
-average market price of 7,473,811,571 frw,
The auction deposit amounts to 373,690,578frw, and 5% of the market value of the property, which should be deposited in account 00040 06965754-29 named «minijust- auction funds» in the bank of kigali, managed by the ministry of prior justice applicable rights in the auction system.
Bidders' prices will be announced on 18/10/2023 at five am (11:00'), the bidders will submit the prices through the website of the auctioneer ending here

Visit will be held daily during office hours from 12/10/2023 to 17/10/2023
The auction winner is confirmed by paying the auction fee to account no. 2001161010000712 opened at ncba bank rwanda plc registered in the name of viateur.
