RFQ for electrical recabling and provision of 2 wall-mounted AC units

A need for electrical load balancing has been identified at our office. We understand this may necessitate a recabling.

Additionally, we would like a supplier to provide and install two wall-mounted AC units. Should you be interested in these two tasks, we are inviting you to schedule a visit to our office so you can carry out assessments and then submit a quote to us. The assessment is at the supplier's cost; it is meant to inform the bid that the supplier will eventually submit.

The specifications for the two wall mounted AC units are: minimum 18 000 BTU with all accessories.

Our address is #14 KG 383 Street, Gacuriro. We are on the road between Simba Center and Great Seasons Hotel.

In your bid documents, please include the following:

1. A design of the proposed recabling
2. Costs for the provision of the wall-mounted AC units 
3. Costs for the electrical recabling
4. Your qualifications
5. Experience doing similar work - especially relevant for the electrical recabling
