TENDER FOR PROVIDING TRANSPORT SERVICES 

The IPAR-RWANDA  would like to hire a transportation company to transport Researchers and other IPAR staff while in Kigali and upcountry.

It is in this regard that we request your company, to submit your bid including all taxes for the above mentioned services. 

The company should quote for the transportation services per day for all categories of the vehicle. The successful bidder shall be issued with a Purchasing Order to confirm the need of vehicles. 

The following administrative documents are required (Trade license; Valid tax clearance from RRA, Valid certificate from RSSB; RURA certificate and 3 certificates of good completion for the similar tenders executed.

This tender is for one year renewable if the contractor has well performed and agreed by both parties. 

Well printed bids, properly bounded and presented in two copies, one of which is the original must reach IPAR Procurement Office not later than 10/01/2024 at 10:30 am. The opening will be the same day at 10:40 am.
