Provision of Medical Insurance Services for Staff – Academic Year 2025–2026 tender at Wellspring Academy

Background
Wellspring Academy is a Christian international school located in Nyarutarama, 2 KG 270 St, Kigali. Guided by a vision to produce a new generation of servant leaders to bless Rwanda and display the best of Rwanda to the world, our mission is to educate and equip students to become highly skilled, Godly leaders, and agents of community transformation.

Wellspring Academy invites qualified and reputable insurance companies to submit proposals for staff medical insurance services for the 2025–2026 academic year, including both fund management and fully insured coverage options for a population of 286 beneficiaries.

Scope of Work
The selected service provider will be expected to:

• Provide comprehensive medical coverage, including inpatient, outpatient, maternity, dental, optical, and chronic illness management.
• Offer efficient claims processing and responsive customer support.
• Ensure a broad network of medical care providers within Rwanda
• Clearly present premiums, benefits, exclusions, and service guarantees.

Proposal Requirements
Proposals should include:

• Company profile and relevant experience.
• Detailed coverage benefits, limits, and exclusions.
• Premium rates and payment schedules.
• Claims processing and service delivery timelines.
• Network list of partner medical care providers.

• References from current or past corporate clients
