PROVISION OF INTERNET SERVICES TO PRO-FEMMES/TWESE HAMWE.

PRO-FEMMES/ TWESE HAMWE (PFTH) is a national civil society umbrella organization for 53 civil society organizations that advance Gender equality throughout Rwanda’s development process. PRO-FEMMES/TWESE HAMWE’s mission is to eradicate all forms of discrimination against women, to promote women’s socio-economic, political and legal status, and to enhance the institutional and organizational capacity of the umbrella and its member organizations through promotion of sustainable human development based on gender equality, peace, justice and human rights.

Pro-Femmes/ Twese Hamwe would like to hire and contract an eligible company to provide internet services for a period of two years. 

We are therefore inviting all interested service providers to provide proposals at PRO- FEMMES/ TWESE HAMWE not later than 28^th August 2023 at 10:00 am. 

Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from  8:30 am to 5:00 pm local time at PRO-FEMMES/ TWESE HAMWE  Central Secretariat Office, upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000Frw) to the  account No: 1002190104949201of PRO-FEMMES/ TWESE HAMWE opened in the ACCES Bank. 

Well printed bids, properly bound should be addressed to the Executive Director of PRO-FEMMES TWESE and delivered to PRO-FEMMES TWESE/ HAMWE’S secretariat offices no later than 28^th August 2023 at 10:00 am. Duly submitted bids will be publicly opened at 10:30 am on the same date.
