Brief Summary Description of Project: Church World Service (CWS) is a faith-based organization transforming communities around the globe through just and sustainable responses to hunger, poverty, displacement, and disaster. CWS Africa operates the Resettlement Support Center (RSC Africa) through a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Department of State/Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration. CWS Africa is based in Nairobi, Kenya with country offices in Pretoria, South Africa; Kasulu, Tanzania; Kampala, Uganda; and Kigali, Rwanda. Church World Service (CWS) through a competitive process is seeking qualified and registered internet service providers (ISP) to provide internet to the following locations/regions. The internet links will guarantee minimum network availability of 99.9%.
