TENDER TITLE: PROVISION OF CORE SWITCHES

INVITATION TO TENDER № 52/FRWA/ADMIN/BK/SP/04/06/2025

Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc is looking for regional and local bidders for the for the provision and installation of core switches in the Bank’s primary data center and branches improve the network in the bank offices, improve security and scalability for HQ LAN for core switches and for PCI DSS compliance for branches switches.

Specifications for the above mentioned service will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 18^th June 2025. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 09^th July 2025 at 3:30PM on an ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandan Francs, provide a company profile and a technical proposal, Warranty and Implementation period, Provide the Valid Tax, Company registration and Contribution clearance certificate, 3 Reference certificates from financial institutions, audited financial statements from the last 3 years and any other relevant information.
