Call for Suppliers and Service Providers

Title: Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Provision of 3 Upgraded Bicycles for Cycling Competitions – #Bike4Future Cycling Team, Bugesera District.

Learn Work Develop (LWD) is a Rwandan non-governmental organization working to promote effective work and sustainable employment among youth, especially young girls and boys. LWD also addresses barriers to employment such as ignorance, early marriage, teenage pregnancies, climate change, and disease, including HIV/AIDS. As part of its mission, LWD is actively engaged in preventing and responding to teenage pregnancies in Rwanda by promoting Gender equality.

With support from Plan International Rwanda, in partnership with Kigali Water Ltd, LWD is implementing the “Bike for Future Project” in Gatsibo and Bugesera Districts. Through this project, the #Bike4Future Cycling Team was created to challenge gender stereotypes using the #Sports4Change approach.

To support this initiative, LWD invites qualified suppliers to submit bids for the provision of upgraded bicycles designed for competitive cycling. Interested bidders should take note of the following:

1. Eligibility: Participation is open on equal terms to all companies or individuals with a Tax Payer Identification Number (TIN) and proven expertise in supplying bicycles and/or cycling-related equipment.
2. Tender Document Acquisition: The Terms of Reference (ToR) tender document will be available by email from July 29^th to 7^th  August  2025.
