A complete set of bidding document in English will be obtained from Bella flowers Ltd head office at Gishali-Rwamagana-Rwanda in procurement office from 30th March, 2023, either sending email with proof of payment to the mention email with bank slip of a non-refundable fee payment of Rwf 10,000 on account No 593412329210356 opened in BPR.
