Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of all project activities in alignment with approved work plans and budgets
- Oversee procurement, contract management, and construction supervision
- Facilitate effective coordination and communication among stakeholders
- Supervise infrastructure works and ensure compliance with environmental and social safeguards
- Establish and maintain an M&E system to track progress
- Facilitate participatory planning and mobilization of beneficiary communities
