JOB DETAILS:

Remote Group seeks to hire qualified and experienced personnel for our projects, to fill the following position;
Project Controller .

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the financial services for designated clients or project(s) in order to provide object reporting to the management.
• Maintain project budget and schedule; analyze progress reported against the work schedules and recommend actions to improve progress.
• Work hand in hand with the finance team to Initiate or process payments to suppliers or service-provider as directed by management.
• Perform project monitoring and data collection to determine if a project is progressing according to budget; Handle cost budgeting.
• Support several projects simultaneously (based on project size and work experience); Work with the project managers to help define the project's goals and objectives.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining project reports addressing all aspects of project development and completion.
• University level educated with a combination of Construction Management and Finance
• The Project Controller will report directly to the Managing Director with a matrix reporting to Finance Department and coordinate with each of the Project Managers for respective project updates

Project Controller
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience with project cost control.
