TENDER TITLE: PROCUREMENT OF A CLOUD CALL CENTER

INVITATION TO TENDER No 60/FRWA/ADMIN/BK/SP/05/08/2024

Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc would like to engage local, regional and international service providers with expertise in developing a cloud call center platform. Bank of Kigali Plc hereby invites bids for the above-mentioned services.

All proposals should be submitted with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc. Terms of reference for the above mentioned services will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 09th August 2024. Interested bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw

Bids must be submitted not later than the 29th August, 2024 at 3:30pm Kigali time on our ERP Portal. The link and guidelines for submission will be sent to interested bidders on email.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwf or USD and payment terms. Submit a detailed technical proposal of the proposed solution with clear implementation plan, detailed company profile, proof of experience and track record in implementing cloud call center solutions, tax clearance certificate, proof of financial capacity, a team dedicated to the project and their resume and any other relevant information required in the Terms of Reference.
