Willows International is an INGO operating in Rwanda that aims at expanding the utilization of comprehensive reproductive health services.

Willows International Rwanda would like to purchase printing services of more than Four thousand books (4,000) with each book having an estimation of 48pages per book in various kinds as below.

Please note that the printing service is inclusive of document formatting.

NOTES FOR BIDDERS:

1. Payment will be done after service and through Bank transfers.
2. Acceptable Invoices are those generated from the Electronic Billing Machines (EBM).
3. Supplier will make the delivery to WIR offices in Kicukiro.
4. Bids will be evaluated based on prices and delivery period.
5. Submission of at least 3 recommendations of a satisfactory printing service.
