Overseas Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Construction Services

Peace Corps/ Rwanda has a need for construction services.  Peace Corps is soliciting fixed-price quotations from the construction contractor community for construction services at an office located in Kigali as detailed below.

Site Visits

• Will be scheduled individually with interested parties.
• You must agree to follow all security and/or health-related requirements during the site visit.
• To participate in the site visit, you must email the following items (1-4) by May 25^th 2023 at 5:00pm

1. Your company’s Engineering Certificate
2. Your company’s Rwandan Business License
3. One reference project located in Rwanda of similar size/scope
   1. Reference’s Name, Position Title, Phone Number, E-mail, Organization/Company
   2. Project Dates
   3. Description of the project
   4. Project Status: Complete or In Progress
4. Request for a site visit and specify which days you are available from May 23^rd  – May 31^st  2023

Once a Site Visit is scheduled, the detailed RFQ will be sent to qualified Contractors. The quotations will be due 10-14 days after receipt of the RFQ materials and the due date will be specified in the RFQ.  Late quotations will not be accepted. 

Peace Corps will evaluate all quotations received by the deadline based on the minimum requirements and/or evaluation factor(s) shown below.  Contingent on the availability of funds and continued need for the construction services, at the end of the evaluation process, Peace Corps intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for the purchase of the required construction services to the selected vendor.
